Im about to get into animating (getting a new iPad, woo) and IDK what kind of animation software I should use. It'll be an iPad Pro, but if there are any other softwares that you would suggest that arent for the iPad, I'd love to hear them, just so I can have the knowledge.
Could the software also be on the cheaper side? I don't have a job (young-mid teen) so I don't get money regularly.
Thank you for taking your time to read this ^^
I have Procreate and it’s really good for art and pretty good for animation. It’s very comfortable to use. Problem is that you can’t import audio :/
I know many animators with wonderful series that animate on their devices with a program called Procreate. It's only ten dollars and works brilliantly.
As suggested, Flipaclip is very good for beginning. There is also RoughAnimator, Animation Desk, DigiCel FlipPad Animation App and many more. Maybe try researching some videos reviewing free animation apps for the iPad?
FlipaClip is great for starting off! It's free, and a popular tool!
