Gigaterra translates to "giant earth". This planet is found within a solar system with two suns and five other planets. It is roughly 71, 260 miles in circumference; that's more than double the size of our Earth! Gigaterra is 89.2 million miles away from its nearest sun. It's because of its proximity that the average temperature of Gigaterra is higher than that of Earth's. It is rumored to be 6.8 billion years old; a few billion years older than Earth. This planet is "newly discovered" in the PetPyves universe, though it is a fact that it has been the oldest planet (in age) the PetPyves universe has found to date.

 

The atmosphere of Gigaterra has more sulfur than that of Earth's, giving it's sky a hazy, golden hue at its horizon throughout night and day. The ring surrounding the planet is made up of many reflective materials, making it visible to Gigaterrians both night and day. This planet is one of the only ones in its solar system to not have any moons. Though, the nearby planets are close enough in proximity that they appear in the sky; illuminated at night.

The planet is abundandent with plant and animal life; thousands of species are still undiscovered. For the species that have been revealed, they have become very popular in the PetPyves universe! These include our beloved devil-mice, such as Pyves and the gang.

Gigaterra is made up of three massive continents divided by oceans. A few civilizations exist on Gigaterra, most being populated with humanoid creatures with supernatural abilities. The greatest province of Gigaterra is called "Novali". Some humans have travelled to Novali for exploration and trade. Though, humans are a rare sight as the planet is difficult to visit.
